Hi Anthropic.

I care deeply about people. I find meaning in pursuing a mission that matters. My own is to alleviate human suffering, inasmuch as I can. For the last 8+ years I've been trying to do that professionally by creating more economic access to the internet, making it so anyone could create for the web without learning to code. Well, I have to admit, AI did that better than I ever did.

Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that ensure the safe, beneficial, and long-term development of transformative AI resonates with me deeply. I can't imagine anything with more power to alleviate suffering, and Anthropic's focus on safety and integrity is exactly the kind of cause I want to give my energy to.

I'm deeply interested in the intersection of AI and creative tools: how language models can work alongside people to build things. I've been driving AI adoption across engineering at Webflow and built systems where LLMs generate code components that render server-side and hydrate on the client while being interoperable with our visual development platform so users can get to pixel-perfect.

I care about making powerful ideas accessible. I think Anthropic is doing the most important work in AI, and I'd be thrilled to contribute.
